Include dates of upcoming activities you plan to participate in for SUPER TROOP! All activities do not have to be completed by April 26th, but MUST be completed by the end of the year (i.e. Association Events in May or June can count for Super Troop). *** PLEASE use this worksheet to describe your Super Troop accomplishments, and not your own! If they are old enough, have your Girl Scouts fill out this form and keep track of your troop activities throughout the year, to avoid a last minute panic!
