TAKE NOTE!! The Leader/Volunteer meeting will be held at Pleasant Hill MIDDLE School Wednesday, October 21, 2009. It has been moved from the elementary school due to conflict with Carnaween. See you there at 7:00PM!! EARN THE CAMPING IP!

Mark your calendar! Wednesday, October 28th - Pasta Pomodoro Night to Benefit Girl Scouts! All Pasta Pomodoro locations in the Bay Area, click here to download flyer with details and locations. There are Girl Scout troops for all ages and interests, from kindergarten through high school! Find a troop and join now by contacting our Martinez membership coordinator or our Pleasant Hill/Concord membership coordinator today! They will help you find a troop nearby. TROOP TRIPS AND ACTIVITIES
If you are taking a trip with your troop, from a local picnic in the park, to an international adventure, send permission slips and trip approval forms to Barbara Jean. Current guidelines for trips may be found on the trips web page, or with the Trip and High-Risk Activity Notification and Approval Form Approval Form. THE RESOURCE LIBRARY IS MORE THAN BOOKS!
A listing of the contents of our service unit resource library is now available on the Resource Library web page. You will find much more than books: games, props for ceremonies (including ponds, a bridge, candle logs), camping supplies (dutch ovens, tents, propane stoves!), and of course lots of resource books for troops and leaders.
